CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A call center in southwest Charlotte will close this spring, a move that will impact nearly 400 employees.
Continuum Global Solutions notified the N.C. Department of Commerce last week that it will soon close the company’s center at 2745 Whitehall Park Drive.
“After a comprehensive evaluation of our business and client needs, we have decided to discontinue operations at our Charlotte facility,” the company said in a statement sent Friday to the Charlotte Business Journal.
