CHARLOTTE — As the Carolina Panthers are in Indianapolis for the combine this week, they are scouting talent from all over the country, including in the Carolinas.
As Channel 9 sports director Phil Orban found out this week, the transfer portal is allowing more college players to be seen. And that is making life easier for NFL talent evaluators.
