HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. — North Italia has ramped up hiring for its Huntersville location. The modern Italian restaurant is set to debut on Feb. 26 at Birkdale Village.
It will be at 8711 Lindholm Drive — formerly home to Fox & Hound. Birkdale Village is a 52-acre, mixed-use development off Sam Furr Road.
Job fairs will be hosted on site through Feb. 9. Hours will be Monday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The 9,914-square-foot restaurant will dish up scratch-made cuisine and craft cocktails. Regional Chef Herbert Gallegos and Executive Chef Lupita Dorado will oversee those efforts.
