SALISBURY, N.C. — Police are searching for whoever shot a man who was found in the doorway of a home in Salisbury Thursday night.
Paramedics flew the victim to a hospital in Winston-Salem with serious injuries.
His name has not been released.
Police and SWAT officers spent two hours searching for the shooter along North Long Street but nobody was ever found.
It’s not clear what led to the shooting.
