CHARLOTTE — A person was hurt after being hit by a car in east Charlotte Thursday night.
It happened just before 9 p.m. on the 3700 block of East Independence Boulevard.
According to MEDIC, the person was taken to an area hospital with serious injuries.
No additional details have been made available.
