CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Bottle Cap Group’s newest concept is open in Ballantyne.
The Gibson is located at 11318 N. Community House Road. A grand-opening celebration is scheduled for 11 a.m. on Wednesday.
That venture aims to be a family-friendly neighborhood hangout with a milkshake bar, nightly live music and a rooftop bar.
It replaces another concept by the Charlotte restaurant group. Brazwells Premium Pub operated at that site for three years before closing in August.
