CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A new Italian eatery has joined the restaurant lineup in South End.
North Italia has officially opened at 1414 S. Tryon St. in The RailYard development, where it’s serving up made-from-scratch Italian dishes. That development, encompassing two, eight-story buildings with 300,000 square feet of creative office space, includes 30,000 square feet dedicated to ground-level retail and restaurants.

The dinner menu at North Italia features a range of small plates, pizza and fresh pasta dishes, and entrees such as bass, short rib and chicken. Salads and desserts round out the offerings.
