IREDELL COUNTY, N.C. — Firefighters saved someone from a burning home Saturday morning in Iredell County.
The fire happened around 10 a.m. at a house on Taylors Pass Trail near Love Valley in Stateville.

Channel 9's Stephanie Tinoco was at the scene and learned investigators have deemed the fire suspicious.
Fire officials said a man, who had to be pulled from the blaze, was rushed to the hospital, but is expected to be OK.
Investigators are working to see to see if anyone else was inside.
