Police seek public’s help in locating missing Charlotte man

Detectives with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department are asking for the public’s help in locating James Elbert Harris, 69, who was last seen Sunday around 3:30 p.m. in the 8800 block of North Tryon Street.
