Charlotte, Gastonia police conduct retail-theft operation at SouthPark Mall

Last week, officers with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department and representatives from the Gastonia Police Department teamed up for a coordinated retail-theft operation at SouthPark Mall.
